The Vermillion Community Garden is a cooperative effort to provide local residence with the space and opportunity to raise their own garden free from harmful chemicals, and in the company of a supportive and friendly community.

About the Community Garden

Four years ago the community came together to transform an unused plot behind the Vermillion Art Center into a productive growing space. We use all organic means to help foster healthy growing. If you've never gardened organically before, that's okay! Lots of members are new to the practice, and you too can make the shift. The garden is run exclusively off of volunteer work, relying completely on a strong and tightly knit community.
